Berks County residents filing for bankruptcy must do so with the United States Bankruptcy Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. There is a federal bankruptcy court location right within Berks County. The Reading court location in Berks County is located at 201 Penn Street, Suite 103, Reading, PA 19601. When filing for bankruptcy, your attorney will help you  properly file your petition, schedules, and statements at the Reading bankruptcy court and attend your required hearing for your case.
