Jason R. Ploppert

Prior to forming RQP Law, Jason worked with his current fellow partner at Stephen Ross Law, LLC, first as an intern, and then as an associate attorney. He earned his law degree from Widener University as a Merit Scholar and Academic Success Fellow and his bachelor’s degree in crime, law and justice from Penn State University.

While at Widener he served as president of the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society and as coach, mentor and presiding judge for mock trial competitions. A senior member of The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and active member of Phi Alpha Delta, he received the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association’s James J. Mandarino Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy and the American Association for Justice-Widener University chapter’s “Best Overall Advocate” award.

Jason resides in Chester County, PA with his wife, Carrie Ann, three children, Carson, Hudson, and Cadence, and his dog, Cody. Jason is an avid local sports fan, especially enjoying cheering on Penn State Football, the Philadelphia Eagles, and the Philadelphia Phillies.

Was approved in just over a year after filing and only 7 months after retaining the law firm which is quite fast for most cases.   After suffering a stroke on February 6, 2024, I applied for Social Security Disability (SSDI) during my recovery and was initially denied. At that point, I felt very discouraged and had almost given up hope. I later found Atticus through a Facebook advertisement, and they connected me with Ross, Quinn & Ploppert, P.C. This was my first experience going through a disability case and hearing process, and recovering from a stroke made communication and navigating everything more challenging for me. Within the firm, Jessica Osley stood out as very personable and informative. She requested the necessary documentation and information, provided clear responses, addressed misunderstandings, and helped make the process smoother and easier to understand. Jason was also extremely helpful—straight to the point, personable, and informative. He clearly explained what was needed and why, guided me on how to prepare and represent my case, and helped me understand the overall process. His guidance contributed to the successful approval of my SSDI claim. Overall, I am thankful for the work of Ross, Quinn & Ploppert, P.C., specifically Jason and Jessica Osley.   They were very good Ashley is the assistant to Mr Ross the attorney she’s who I had go through.we won after 1 1/2 years but it was amazing to had finally win.  Only issue I had was I called a couple of times and Ashley never returned my phone call.
